Change according to the site

The open space of coogee

Elevation

The anynalysis of the site shows that the best view of the building is the east side where it opens to the sea.

Street View

The building uses solid material (concrete covered brick tiles) for the north and south side and glass for the east and west side. By doing so, the east and west side view are emphasissed.

Infrastucture

The major axis of coogee area
The road take people to different functional buildings within city.
The Coogee Oval could be considered as a node within Coogee Area. This road takes you to other nodes of the city.

Threshold

Each block of land could be considered as a individual "cell"

Road could be considered to be the transition area

In the design process we could use awning or footpath as the transition area to define threshold
